I can't remember the staff member that answered the call when I first called about the repair and she quoted me a price which included motor, installation etc with no upscale surprises. She was very nice , informative and recommended me the top garage motor LIFT MASTER w/ a lifetime warranty on motor and she was right on, away went my noisy annoying motor and now my garage door is smooth, quiet and efficient.
